The main purpose of the project to create a new system, consisting of the IMF RM 15kg roaster, its connection to the warehouse management system, the Comunetti CRS 29/Doy packaging machine, and the LBX compact labeler. This system has enabled efficiency to be achieved through the automation of previously manual production cycles, safety, thanks to the reduction in the need for operators in the various stages, and competitiveness, with the production of more formats at reduced costs.

The “Digital Innovation of I. Niccolai di C. Cappellini Srl” project strengthened the company’s digital transformation by integrating production, management and information processes.
The initiative included the development of an integrated software platform for centralized business data monitoring and the implementation of simulation solutions to test and optimize production processes and scenarios.
Energy efficiency measures and activities supporting organizational well-being and corporate governance systems were also carried out.
The project helped improve efficiency, sustainability, decision-making capacity and internal digital skills, enhancing the company’s competitiveness in its sector.
