All this allows us to rediscover the aroma of a coffee grown with ancient methods, which releases all its naturalness once extracted in the cup.
The international control authority is responsible for the control of the various product batches following the brand, up to the place of processing, guaranteeing the organic supply chain of the entire production.
Organic coffee bean is also distinguished by some peculiarities, once the roasting process has been carried out, such as the strong hints of full body and low acidity, in addition to maintaining its organoleptic properties.
Obviously, these characteristics are obtainable following optimal roasting processes. Organic coffee beans contain more antioxidants than the grown ones with chemicals. Antioxidant elements, such as polyphenols, support the immune system making coffee in the cup healthier.

In the last years, in conjunction with the increased demand from the market for organic products, many coffee roasters have integrated their product range with organic blends.
Purchase this type of product it often also means supporting local economies, especially in the main coffee producing countries , where workers’ rights are often not guaranteed.
The consumption of organic coffee is constantly growing, especially among young people: 2017 was the year that marked an increase in the consumption of organic coffee by 12.5% in the year previous one.
